Our VISION
This website is the foundation of a larger, ongoing project. The Gotham Center is moving to expand beyond lower Manhattan and to place this content onto a smartphone app, to provide a more immersive and interactive experience.
The idea is to network the city’s 125+ Revolutionary sites, and to recreate colonial New York in virtual space with “extended reality” and other media, before the Revolution’s 250th anniversary.
